Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website or booking an appointment with Redbeard at Mad Hare Barber, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Description

Redbeard provides professional barbering services including haircuts, fades, beard trims, lineups, and related grooming services. Service availability and pricing are subject to change without notice. Current pricing is available on this website and in-shop.

Booking & Appointments

Appointments can be booked online through this website or by contacting Redbeard directly. By booking an appointment:

  • You agree to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment
  • Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule
  • We appreciate advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule
  • No-shows or repeated late arrivals may affect future booking privileges

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change. Payment is due at the time of service. Cash and major credit/debit cards are accepted. Tips are appreciated but not required.

Opening Offer

  • You earn the offer by joining the opening list. You do not have to book right away.
  • The offer expires 30 days after booking officially opens.
  • No stacking with other offers.
  • A no-show forfeits the offer.
  • Cancelling with less than 24 hours notice forfeits the offer.
  • Cancelling or rescheduling with 24+ hours notice keeps the offer, as long as the completed service still happens inside the original 30-day window.

Customer Conduct

We strive to maintain a welcoming environment for everyone. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who:

  • Displays disrespectful or disruptive behavior
  • Is under the influence of drugs or alcohol
  • Harasses staff or other customers
  • Violates any shop policies

Minors Policy

Children aged 10 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who remains in the shop during the service.

Service Satisfaction

Your satisfaction matters. If you're not happy with your service, please let Redbeard know immediately so any concerns can be addressed. Adjustments are best handled during or shortly after your appointment.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of its respective owner and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

Data Security & SMS Privacy

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

SMS Opt-Out & Help

You must be 18 years of age or older to subscribe to our text messaging services. By opting in, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying "STOP" to any message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive recurring messages based on your appointments and interactions with us. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Limitation of Liability

Redbeard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of these services or this website. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Host Shop

Redbeard is an independent barber working inside Mad Hare Barber. He does not own or operate Mad Hare Barber, and these terms cover Redbeard's services only.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
